Turning an old feature into flagship functionality

'Document Package Builder' was bogged down in options, settings and long-held assumptions. The six-year-old document generation tool was hurting us in deal cycles and needed an overhaul.

Our UX redesign examined value and questioned requirements, in order to streamline the experience for a larger percentage of its users. We reimagined the task flow to reduce interaction cost and support decision-making. Our new 'happy path' was more direct, guiding the user to their goals in one third of the clicks.
