I discovered user experience more than 15 years ago, and I still love studying humans and building technology. I have a knack for bridging the gap between people and technology, and lately that includes AI agents. Today I lead product research, UX quality and design systems for teams that build directly with AI, making sure speed never comes at the cost of the people using the product.
I thrive on building products that help people get real work done, and on figuring out how teams can build them better together. I'm especially interested in where research, design and AI meet, and in connecting that work to product and business outcomes.
When I'm not staring into my laptop (my husband is getting a little jealous of Claude), I like to cultivate my garden, take hikes and play music with my family. I believe in teaching, learning and spending time with smart people, and I enjoy lecturing, consulting and mentoring designers finding their footing in an AI-native world.
